Since October 7, 2023, 41 healthcare workers have been kidnapped by Israeli Occupation Forces. Of these, 2 have been released, while 39 remain in custody. The detained include 16 physicians (13 from Gaza and 3 from the West Bank), 1 dentist, 9 paramedics, 7 nurses, 4 technicians, and 2 administrative staff. The continued detention of these healthcare professionals severely impacts the availability of medical care in Palestine.
