As of November 28, 2023, 254 healthcare workers have been murdered by Israeli Occupation Forces in Gaza since October 7, averaging 5 healthcare workers killed per day. The victims include 45 physicians, 20 dentists, 23 medical and dental students, 4 medical scientists, 80 nurses, 22 paramedics, 9 physiotherapists, 30 pharmacists, 14 lab technicians, 6 optometrists, and 1 administrative staff member. These targeted attacks have severely crippled Gaza’s healthcare system, worsening the humanitarian crisis.
